SY-4216 Water-based Emulsion Defoamer

SY-4216 is a water-based emulsion defoamer formulated from higher alcohols and their fatty acid derivatives. It effectively suppresses foam formation in latex systems including styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), pure acrylic, styrene-acrylic, ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), and polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) emulsions. It also controls foam in aqueous systems such as polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solutions and adhesives.
