SUNY Defoamer Antifoam for White-water System
SY-4117
The defoamer SY-4117 is specifically designed to control foam during the papermaking process. It demonstrates strong defoaming and antifoaming effects on white water, rapidly eliminating micro-bubbles entrapped between fibers. This product removes surface foam on the pulp stock, releases dissolved air within the pulp, and eliminates large bubbles on the water surface. By mitigating bubble-related issues, it prevents pinhole formation and reduces paper breaks, while preventing overflow in pulp storage tanks. Consequently, it minimizes fiber and wet-end chemical losses, significantly enhancing sheet uniformity and overall paper quality.
